Shipping
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5-8 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, here's our policy:
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@shopwildopal.com with your order number.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at hello@shopwildopal.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we'll make it right.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use that link to follow your package's journey.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final, but please reach out if there's an issue with your order.
